Shipping policy

Shipping fees include packaging and all packaging material. Each item is insured for the purchase price amount. TPG Tuning ships all products via UPS and Fed Ex. If another carrier is desired, we will attempt to work out the logistics but additional fees may apply. TPG Tuning ONLY ships two items to the credit card billing address. Any order placed with different shipping and billing addresses will be cancelled immediately. Receipts and tracking information are updated within 48 hours from the time of purchase. If you do not receive an email with tracking information in that time frame, please email sales@tpgtuning.com for an update. Items attempted to be delivered that cannot or are refused are not eligible for shipping cost reimbursement.
